Myotherapy & Assisted Stretching
Myotherapy (muscle therapy) is manual therapy to evaluate and treat soft tissue disfunctions such as pain, tightness, muscle spasms, adhesions, edema, scar tissue, trigger points, decreased range of motion. Its effective in treating myofascial conditions such as: headaches, back & neck pain, whiplash, shoulder issues, carpal tunnel syndrome, piriformis syndrome/sciatica and more.
This treatment is dynamic and interactive as compared to traditional relaxation Swedish massage. It's typically done with the client clothed & actively moving and participating in stretches.
A personalized treatment plan may include the following techniques: Assisted stretching (Muscle Energy Techniques/Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), Table Thai, Tui Na, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular/Trigger Point therapy, Dynamic & Static cupping, Gua Sha/scraping, hot stones, Hydrotherapy (hot & cold), vibration therapy, Swedish massage.

This massage is designed to alleviate pain and tension, improve circulation and range of motion, promote relaxation, balance the nervous system, and help with sleep.
A custom fusion of the following modalities may include: Swedish massage, deep tissue/Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial Release, Assisted stretching, Tui Na, Dynamic & Static cupping, Gua Sha, hot stones, Hydrotherapy (hot & cold), vibration therapy.
Auriculotherpy/Ear Seeds
Auriculotherpy or Ear Acupressure is a reflexology practice based on Western medicine (not Traditional Chinese Medicine). It's a form of holistic medicine based on the ear being a micro-system reflecting the entire body & being. Neurologically, the ears are intimately connected to the brain and body via the cranial, cervical, and spinal nerves. The ear is the only place where the Vagus nerve (rest & digest) reaches the surface of the body.
Stimulating specific points on the ear has an effect on physical parts & organs of the body. Also, ear stimulation has significant benefits for mental health & wellbeing.
Ear Seeds are tiny seeds/beads on adhesive patches that are applied to specific points on the ear to add constant acupressure. This is a non-invasive (no needles), non-pharmaceutical (no drugs), short-term (5 days max), yet effective therapy.
There are over 150 conditions that can be treated with Auriculotherpy, including: stress, anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, Vagus nerve stimulation, attention & focus issues, chronic & acute pain, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions, digestion issues, weight loss, sleep issues, hypertension, allergies, addictions, and more.
